Trading Scams and what you should do

A scam is when one player deceives another player into making an unfair trade in which the deceptive person greatly benefits and the other player basically gives away his or her item. Most of the time, these types of incidents occur when a player's "friend" asks to borrow an item from another player and purposefully keeps the borrowed item. It's extremely important, therefore, to carefully think out a trade before accepting.

If you fail to follow this advice and believe you've gotten scammed, it's important that you send an e-mail or help message to Virtual Family Kingdom staff. The staff will then help you recover your item and prevent the scammer from scamming others again.

- Please note that Virtual Family Kingdom staff will NOT help you recover items that you previously traded in fair trades and now want back. Staff will only recover items lost unfairly in scams. -
